Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing family law team, providing expert legal advice on a range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and prenuptial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the family law practice and contribute to the firm's overall growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Family Law Partner with a strong track record in family law.
  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to build and nurture lasting relationships.
  • Strong business development acumen and a passion for contributing to the growth of the firm.
  • Leadership experience, with a focus on team development and mentorship.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to legal practice.
