Due to continued success this Legal 500 Firm located in Central London and seeks a Residential Property Partner to join their expanding team.

The Role:
This firms presence within the Residential Property area of London is undeniable. The directors have an incredible depth of knowledge and experience. The quality of work is second to none; Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build/plot sales secured lending and much more.
Despite dealing with a high calibre of work, your caseload will always be manageable. You may also be asked to assist more senior managers with more complex matters, and a support network supports every team member.
Requirements:
- You will be a Residential Property Partner with 10+ PQE
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
