The Role

• You will handle a range of personal injury and clinical negligence claims ranging including high value and complex claims
• You'll be working alongside several Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Solicitors which will provide a great platform for your career
• The caseload will be predominantly personal injury and clinical negligence, but there will also be an element of inquest work and Human Rights Act claims. You will be assisting partners and senior fee earners with their caseload, whilst also managing your own caseload of smaller matters.

Some previous personal injury or clinical negligence experience is preferred. The role is hybrid but candidates must live in the South-East as travel to clients in their homes or hospital will be required.

Requirements

• NQ-2 years PQE Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Ideally you'll have gained experience in a range of personal injury cases (e.g RTA, EL/PL, Clinical Negligence).
• You will live commutable to Brighton, East Sussex as travel to clients in their homes or hospital will be required.
