Based in their offices in Worthing (as well as hybrid working), you'll gain exposure to a wide range of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence litigation, with a strong desire to develop and grow in this field.

The Role

• You will contribute to handling litigation cases while developing your own caseload in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.

Requirements:

• Experienced Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
• You will possess strong technical skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and a keen business mindset
• This role represents a significant growth opportunity for the firm, and they are dedicated to selecting the right individual to drive it forward
• Experience in handling Multi Track cases involving Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, with Clinical Negligence experience being essential.
