An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ-5yrs PQE Planning Lawyer to join a busy Chambers-ranked Planning and Infrastructure team, primarily based in Southampton. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will bring experience within the planning sector and possess excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills. In this role, they will manage a diverse caseload that includes both contentious and non-contentious planning matters. Responsibilities will encompass:

• Delivering strategic advice on non-contentious planning matters
• Drafting and negotiating planning obligations
• Conducting planning due diligence for a variety of developer clients
