The Role:

You will join an expert Partner-led planning team where you will gain exposure to an exciting and varied workload. Providing a mixture of litigation and project support, on the contentious side you will work on enforcement actions, appeals, public inquiries, compensation claims and judicial challenges, whilst also supporting ongoing advice, drafting and contractual support in relation to planning projects.

Managing your workload to achieve client objectives, whilst being able to learn and develop your skills via the support of the Partners.

With renowned colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and client relation skills while helping to cement the company's reputation as a leader in the Planning sector.

Requirements:

  • As a guide, this role would suit a Planning Lawyer between 1 - 4 years PQE
  • Experience in litigation as well as project-focused planning work
  • Ability to manage complex and varied workload efficiently to the highest standard
  • Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience and a desire to mentor junior team members
  • Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
