The Role

Due to the excelled and continued growth of the Private Client department, this firm is now seeking to recruit a Private Client Senior Associate 5+ to join their newly refurbished Guildford office.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established Private Client department with 15+ specialists.

You would be expected to handle matters including but not limited to; Wills, Intestate estates, LPA's, Court of Protection, Tax planning, Inheritance planning, Trust management & set up, and Charity trust work. The department deals with HNW / UNHW work, often international in nature giving their fee-earners fantastic exposure to the best work available.

The department is very evenly balanced giving their associates a clear pathway to progression coupled with senior partners to learn and develop from.

Requirements

• You will be 5+ years PQE and previous experience working with a leading L500 firm
• Previous experience managing a Private Client caseload
• You will have drive, enthusiasm and determination to progress.
• You will have excellent business development skills
