Overview
A leading Top 100 law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join their rapidly growing Private Client team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service while contributing to the team's marketing and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation files with minimal supervision.
• Utilize knowledge of CPR, Inheritance and Trust Disputes, Estate Administration Disputes, and 1975 Act claims.
• Exhibit strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure understanding and meet their expectations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers to enhance client relationship skills.
• Develop relationships with smaller clients and effectively engage with opposing parties.
• Participate in business development projects and increase personal visibility within the firm.
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and research articles.
• Attend networking events to build a network of potential clients and referrers.
• Maintain accurate time recording, WIP monitoring, and billing.

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Solicitor or FILEX with relevant legal experience, ideally in a recognized team.
• Ability to manage files independently and deliver excellent client service.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
