The Role

• You will be part of a thriving Probate and Trusts team with over 15 in the team
• This department deals with matters such as Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Court of Protection matters.
• You will manage a caseload of probate and trust matters and be actively involved in business development and marketing.

Requirements:

• You must be an experienced Probate and Trusts Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE.
• STEP qualification or working towards it would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent career prospects with a clear pathway for progression.
