Private Client Solicitor

This dynamic modern law firm with offices in Brighton & Hove are growing faster than any other firm in the area and have big plans for further expansion. Due to the success of their private client department, are now looking to bolster the team with an additional Private Client Solicitor.

The Role:

• As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal advice and services to a range of clients
• You will manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including will drafting, estate administration, and trusts.
• Attend meetings with clients, both in-person and virtually, to discuss and advise on their legal matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx with a minimum of 1 year PQE in private client law (although NQ's with strong pre qualification experience also considered)
• Solid experience in drafting wills, managing trusts, and handling probate matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
