This firm is looking for a Newley Qualified Wills Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their Specialist Private Client team in Altrincham.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious NQ Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor who wants to springboard their career joining one of the largest independent Law firms in the North West out of their busy and growing Altrincham Office.

Their Specialist Private Client department is highly is ranked in both the Chambers and Legal 500. The Private Client department provides City expertise, in a modern way and with more flexibility in terms of fees compared with that of city firms. The department works predominantly for UNHW individuals and Business owners

You will find real variety in the type of client base and work, making for a more interesting role. The typical matters you would work on a day-to-day basis would include:

• Estate Administration
• LPAs
• Applications to the Court of Protection
• Preparing Tax efficient Wills
• IHT and Asset Protection Advice
• Lifetime Trusts and Family Investment Companies

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client (NQ-2 years PQE)
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
• You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing
