They are looking for an experienced Private Wealth Paralegal to join their flourishing City based team.

Based in the City they currently have a headcount of over 100 lawyers, a very impressive client base and are particularly well-known, representing an ever-increasing number of ultra HNW individuals, both nationally and internationally. They work with SMEs right up to well-known household brands.

Their established Private Wealth team advises UK and international high net worth and ultra-high net worth families with everything from tax, succession and estate planning, trust formation and administration, probate and estate administration to mental capacity challenges.

The Role

The firm are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Paralegal to join the team in the City of London.

Within this role you will be;

• Working with our Private Wealth team to assist with tasks such as trust accounts, estate accounts, charity accounts and rental accounts;
• To take a proactive approach in building professional relationships with clients, co-professionals and other contacts including HMRC;
• Supporting the Team Lead for Tax, Compliance and Disclosure with completing annual accounts, tax returns and providing beneficiaries and their accountants with necessary information
• Providing other ad hoc and regular assistance with charity administration and tax disclosure work;
• Entering accounting information into spreadsheets, reconciling accounts, and keeping detailed records of transactions to a high standard
