This friendly Top 50 firm is seeking a knowledgeable solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their Tier ranked practice as a Professional Support Lawyer in their Edinburgh office.

The Role

Ranked nationally by the prestigious Legal 500 Tier system, you will work as a key member of this renowned and quickly growing Real Estate team with colleagues from across the country.

You will be an expert in Real Estate law who is seeking an opportunity to share your knowledge with clients and team members alike. By creating and delivering structured training sessions, identifying gaps in legal knowledge and maintaining up-to-date sources of precedent and information, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and performance of the team.

You will enjoy legal research and actively seek out developments and changes in the field of Property and Real Estate law. Utilising innovative and tech-driven methods, you will then ensure that your team are fully prepared to provide accurate and nuanced legal advice.

This role is not a fee-earning position and as such you will have far more flexibility in how you go about conducting your work and harnessing your time.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is an experienced Real Estate lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant PQE
  • Experience communicating complex information, in an easily digestible way
  • Enjoys contributing to the learning and development of a team as a whole
  • Experienced in conducting training and drafting styles is a benefit
  • Is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current legal landscape
