The Role

Working with this Legal 500-ranked Property team, you will gain exposure to complex and intellectually challenging, large scale, projects.

This 400 strong national team boasts a number of Partners and Senior Solicitors, listed in L500 and Chambers, meaning you receive unrivalled mentoring from the industries finest practitioners.

The work will focus on commercial, residential and mixed-use property for private and public sector clients. The values of the projects range from multi-million through multi-billion pound +.

You will work with the biggest names in property development (both nationally and internationally) as well and property investors on their asset management/ financing work.

The Candidate

• You will be an ambitious individual with a minimum of 1 - 4 years PQE in Commercial / Residential / Mixed Use Development.
• Ability to manage complex and varied workloads efficiently to the highest standard
• Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
• Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
