Property Finance Associate

This Legal 500 & Chambers ranked law firm are looking for a Property Finance Solicitor 2+ PQE to join their team in West-End.

The Role:

The firm are looking to hire a Property Finance Solicitor 2+ PQE into their flourishing London, West-End practice.

You will join an award-winning and busy team that is led by a team of partners who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

You will deal with a wide range of property finance matters on behalf of both borrowers and lenders. The firm have established relationships with bridging lenders and mainstream banks who are looking to ramp up their workload in the coming months.

This is a role with a great deal of support and training, although it is important for someone to have the ability, knowledge and expertise to quickly get up to speed and hit the ground running.

Requirements:

• You will be a Property Finance Solicitor 2+ years PQE
• You will have strong technical knowledge with property finance
• You will have experience working within secured lending
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• You will work well as part of a team
