Property Litigation Paralegal

Are you a Property Litigation Paralegal / Fee Earner looking to join one of the South East's most prestigious, reputable law practices based in Brighton? This legal 500 firm is looking to strengthen its busy and well-established Property Litigation team, with established roots throughout the South East. You will collaborate closely with an Associate Solicitor on Landlord and Tenant Possession cases as well as General Litigation matters.

The Role

• This role will give you the opportunity to join a department that deals with high-quality work thanks to the reputation of the property litigation team.
• The role will include: Handling new enquiries, Opening new case files, Drafting tenant notices, Preparing claim forms and particulars of claims, Drafting witness statements, Drafting replies to defences and counterclaims, Preparing court bundles, Instructing bailiffs, Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and defendants

Requirements

• Previous experience in Property Litigation and Landlord and Tenant matters is essential.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with good communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure and to set deadlines
