The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate (1-5 years PQE) to join this firm's highly rated team in either Bristol or Exeter. The team advises clients on a wide range of real property issues, including business lease renewals, rent recovery, service charges, dilapidations, telecommunications, forfeiture, adverse possession, easements, land registration, and more.
You will work closely with experienced litigators on contentious and uncertain situations, representing clients in court, tribunals, arbitrations, and mediations. The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-5 years PQE, or an NQ with experience in Property Litigation from a strong City, National, or regional practice.
- Expertise in contentious property, both commercial and residential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to work.
- Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
- A desire to contribute to business development and mentor junior team members.
