The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Associate with 3+ years PQE to join a leading regional firm in their flourishing Bury St Edmunds office.

You'll engage in complex, stimulating work that truly challenges and rewards your legal expertise.

Your caseload will consist of a variety of residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc.), building and development, land acquisitions, strategic options, possession actions, purchaser claims and trespass and squatter actions.

As well as managing your own caseload, you'll collaborate with colleagues on complex and high-profile litigation with a well-known Partner at the helm.
