The Role

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of both residential and commercial property disputes. Working closely with the wider team, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, dilapidations, and forfeiture.
• Handling contentious issues such as boundary disputes and rights of way.
• Representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Drafting legal documents and providing strategic, client-focused advice.
• Contributing to the team's growth through business development and client relationship management.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Property Litigation.
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• A proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering results for clients and supporting the team.
