The Role

The award-winning Real Estate department is ranked in both the Chambers and Legal 500. The Real Estate department provides City expertise, in a modern way and with more flexibility in terms of fee's compared with that of city firms. The department often has big city practices on the other side of transactions.

This role will allow you to work on a variety of work from Options/Leases to Purchases/Disposals with a proportion of your time spent on Net Zero Projects such as National Grid matters.

There is a strong reputation within the real estate team to push associates into roles of responsibility whilst ensuring this is done in a supporting but stretching manner.

Ideal Candidate

• Has 2+ years of PQE experience with a good baseline in commercial property and real estate.
• Seeking new challenges with an Energy Sector focus.
• Team player, who holds themselves to high standards with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Will have a readiness to learn and a genuine passion in developing your legal skill set.
• Wish to learn how to thrive in a team culture and become successful because of that collaborative attitude.
