The role:

Opportunity for a Real Estate Energy Associate 3+ years PQE to join a unique team operating at the forefront of the future energy and biodiversity sector, to be based in Bristol.

This team acts for national and international energy clients on all real estate elements of major energy infrastructure developments involving wind, solar, battery storage, electric vehicles and hydro.

As an Associate, you can expect a varied diet of work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant relations, asset management and portfolio management for a range of asset types, with industrial rooftop solar projects and Battery Energy Storage Schemes (BESS) being key areas of growth.

While experience in the energy sector is advantageous, candidates with strong real estate experience and a desire to focus on this dynamic sector are encouraged to apply.
