The Role:

The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Finance Partner to join their state-of-the-art office in the heart of the West End of London.

You will join an established team of five, due to growth and new clients they are seeking to further grow the department with the hire of a new partner.

The Real Estate Finance department deals with a variety of difference clients including; specialist property funders including private equity groups, individual private investors and traditional-style lending organisations as well as the traditional Bank sources.

The firm deals with the usual funding solutions but is well-known for its forward thinking, innovative and often unusual financing solutions for clients to assist them with them often complex and highly technical loan documents. The department is quick to adapt to changes in the market and often other firms copy their lead. You will join a team made up of pure Banking and Property Finance lawyers.

You will work closely with the other partners to drive the departments forwards, you will be at the forefront of what is an exciting time at the firm.

On offer are great prospects in line with departmental and firm growth.

• You will have at least 7 years PQE + in Real Estate Finance (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be able to work unsupervised
• You should have a good grounding in business development and networking.
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background
