The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Partner for their City of London office.

• You will join a thriving commercial property team of seven in the London office, but will work as part of a wider Real Estate team across the firms other offices.
• You will work closely with the corporate commercial and constructions teams.
• You will work with the partnership to drive the departments forward, work on strategy, and will mentor develop and inspire more junior members of the team
• You will deal with deal with a caseload of sales and purchases of commercial properties, landlord and tenant, commercial leases and licenses to assign.
• You will deal with a wide spectrum of companies across different sectors of varying sizes, from FTSE 500, National companies, to SMEs, the variety will make for an interesting caseload.
• You will have at least 8 years PQE in corporate insolvency (there is no upper limit)
• Salary / package will be competitive and is negotiable depending on your level of experience. You will also receive a market-leading benefits package
