The Role

You will be working in a highly rated Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team, working on exciting and large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, retail, investment, pedicure and infrastructure to name a few.

Your role will provide you exposure to the full range of Real Estate work in relation to these key projects, such as negotiating/drafting leases and options, securities, servitudes, portfolio management, conducting due diligence and much more.

Working alongside renowned colleagues you will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join one of the leaders in the space as a solicitor with a clear progression pathway.

The Ideal Candidate

• Is a Real Estate solicitor with 2+ years PQE
• Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
• Approaches problems in an effective, organised and skilled manner
• Ability to manage complex and varied workload efficiently to the highest standard
• Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
