The Role

The firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate NQ - 2 years PQE for their team in Birmingham

The role will be based in the firm's office in the heart of Birmingham, which is growing rapidly. You will have your own caseload, as well as supporting the Partners. You will gain exposure to exciting and innovative work with both national and international Real Estate Transactions.

You will be mentored by industry leading Partners and Senior Solicitors who will readily invest their time developing you skills.

The firm has attracted a number of high profile partners from elite level firms who are seeking better work life balance. They have brought top quality work for household name client.

The primary emphasis of the role is Land acquisitions and disposals including options and conditional contracts, acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of business leases and general property management work to include dealing with: asset management licences, rent reviews, lease renewals and property finance.

The Candidate

• You will be a newly qualified to 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience in real estate work (commercial property), gained in a quality regional or City law firm.
