Are you a Regulatory Lawyer 3-10 years PQE and looking to join a leading Regulatory practice? If so, this Cardiff team would like to hear from you.

This Regulatory department advises businesses of all sizes on a wide range of regulatory and criminal law matters, helping them meet their regulatory responsibilities.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join the department. Ideally, they are looking for someone with experience in criminal advocacy and case preparation. Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:

• conducting prosecutions
• provision of criminal law training
• provision of regulatory advice to companies and public authorities in fields such as health and safety and environmental protection
• professional misconduct
• provision of advice to tribunals
• contentious alcohol licensing work

The ideal candidate:

• Regulatory Lawyer 3-10 years PQE
• Prior experience in a reputable regulatory team to equip you to deal with a wide range of matters
• Advanced communication skills and desire to get involved with business development
