The Role:

Due to continued expansion, this pioneering law firm is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor with experience across both residential property and commercial property (2+ years PQE) to join their team in Brighton.

• This firm has a strong roster of property fee-earners across their city and regional offices, making this one of the most technically strong departments in the industry. With the opportunity to work alongside the Partners in the team, you will be helping drive this department forwards.
• The team deals with a vast array of work including all aspects of residential and commercial property such as sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold, commercial and business premises, site acquisitions, disposals and development, retail and residential, leases and renewals, portfolio management, property finance, rent reviews, licenses and consents and landlord and tenant

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
• You will be keen to continue the firm's business development plans
• You will have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• You will work well within a busy team
