The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a close-knit Conveyancing team in Bolton.

The Conveyancing team has an established reputation and a consistent stream of work. They are planning for long-term growth and are looking for ambitious individuals to join them on this exciting journey.

Requirements:

• You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least two years' experience within Residential Property (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing, including sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
• Enjoy working in a challenging, fast pace environment
