The Role

The firm is looking for a Junior Conveyancer to join their growing team in Manchester

This is a vital role for the firm due to an increased volume of workload within their team. You will take on a busy caseload of sales, purchases, probate related property matters and much more. You will be working closely with senior lawyers within the team who will be able to train and develop you on dealing with HNW Property Matters

You will be a team player with strong communication skills; combined with a friendly and professional approach to work and will be adept at working to targets within a busy team.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer with 1+ years' experience working in a team
• You will have a strong work ethic
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
• You have a keenness to be involved with business development activities
• You will show initiative, and drive and have excellent communication skills.

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
