The Role
The firm are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing regional presence based in Woking, Surrey.
The firm deal with a broad range of property matters including sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, re-mortgaging and much more. you will be working alongside an established bench of fee-earners and also working alongside the managing partner of the practice giving you exposure to the highest quality level of work.
You will be provided with a busy yet manageable caseload and you will be supported by the wider team and also given the autonomy to run your own files
They use the latest software as part of a progressive and modern approach.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE
• You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own caseload
• You will have excellent IT skills
