The Role

You will become a valued member of this close-knit team of conveyancing professionals, who are highly respected within the North East legal market.

The successful applicant will independently manage a range of responsibilities, including proactively advising clients on offers, guiding them through the purchase and sale processes, conducting thorough title examinations and drafting essential legal documentation.

Your expertise will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the firm's strong reputation in conveyancing. You will help individuals conclude missives, and liaise with other solicitors and banks to ensure transactions run as smoothly as possible, all while providing a professional and proactive service.

You will engage in high-quality, substantive work without the added pressure of managing referrals, allowing you to fully concentrate on the tasks at hand. The team you will be joining are friendly and frequently conduct team socials making for a fulfilling and engaged environment.

Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Has first-rate customer service and relationship management
  • Are an excellent verbal/written communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike
  • Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
