They are seeking to recruit a Conveyancer due to growth, leaving a busy and high-quality caseload for an ambitious fee-earner.

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to manage an active caseload based in Worthing, Sussex.

• In this role you will be working alongside the managing partner of the firm coupled with several experienced fee-earners who have an unrivalled knowledge of the local market. You will be inheriting a very busy, high quality caseload including everything from pre/post completion.
• The firm offer both excellent administration and managerial support which covers technical questions on files / cases, support, case management and much more.
• In this role you will be a key figure in growing the team for the long term. The plans for this department are ambitious and the firm are seeking someone with a similar mindsight.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least 1 year experience in handling your own caseload, either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx or experienced Fee Earner considered
• You will be able to run your own files without supervision
• You will enjoy working as part of a team but have the ability to work autonomously when required
