The role

The firm are looking to hire a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 2+ years PQE into their Wokingham office.

The department deals with a high-quality of work, you will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking team.

The caseload will include: Sale and purchase of property, Mortgages, Shared Ownership, Transfer of equity, Matrimonial transfers, Release of equity, part/full exchange, and much more.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• You will have strong experience in both fee-earning and business development
