The Role

This rapidly expanding Top 50 firm has a Real Estate practice that houses one of the UK's largest Residential Development teams in the UK.

The collective national acquisition team acts for all of the UK's major housebuilders on complex and large-scale land acquisitions, collaboration agreements between developers, funding arrangements and more.

Therefore, you will be exposed to the most relevant and high-value work available in this area of law with the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry.

To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine desire to work within the residential development area and will be keen to develop your skills further in a large, growing team.

With high levels of motivation and commitment to giving clients excellent service, you should be commercially aware, proactive and able to work alone and as part of a team. There will be daily interaction with colleagues and clients at every level!

Requirements:

• Residential Development Lawyer 3-8 years PQE
• Existing specialism in development work, or the desire to expand into this area
• Excellent relationship-building skills and desire to have client contact
