Residential Development Solicitor - Birmingham - International Firm
This is a stand-out opportunity for a Residential Development Solicitor with 3-6 years of experience to develop their legal career in an award winning Real Estate team in Birmingham.

The team works on a national basis, meaning you will collaborate with the London teams too, guaranteeing a spread of projects.
The work covers the whole spectrum of their real estate requirements, covering acquisition, development, funding, investment and asset management requirements, with particular focus on major logistics and manufacturing projects, alternative asset classes (hotels, student accommodation and BtR), private sector residential development, public sector led development opportunities, new business park developments, Grade A office developments and investments, major infrastructure projects and nuclear sector support.

The Role:
This firm have acknowledged their specialism within their Real Estate team for residential development work for their existing developer client base.
They currently have a vacancy for a 3 Year+ PQE Solicitor to join their established residential development team and development finance team within our Real Estate department. You will enjoy a broad case load including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Collaborations and equalisation arrangements with other landowners
- Securing funding and investment
- Negotiating development agreements, master development agreements and lease structuring, and dealing with the property components of new corporate joint ventures.
You will be working with the Partners on key aspects of the projects, meaning your contribution will be recognised at the highest level.

Requirements:
- Solid property development experience coupled with strong legal acumen.
- Ability to support existing caseloads while actively contributing to Business Development
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
