The Role:

You will join a leading Legal 500 firm in the heart of Lancashire as a Senior Residential Conveyancer

You will undertake a broad caseload of high level Conveyancing including but not limited to;

• Residential property purchases and sales including high-value and complex rural properties

• Buy to let purchases and sales
• New build purchases
• Mortgages and financing (including equity release)
• Lease extensions and leasehold transactions
• Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes
• Transfers of land and registrations.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years' experience
• Able to handle your own caseload (you will have 1:1 support from an Assistant)
