Due to increased workflow, they are now seeking a Residential Property Head of Department to lead a rapidly expanding team.

The Role:

This firm now seeks a Residential Property Head of Department to join up its highly-reputable organisation.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive team of highly experienced Lawyers who look to really invest in their staff and offer significant career progression.

This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. This will be a hands-on role in working with high-end estate agents and having a real variety of work.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Residential Property Head of Department with 8+ relevant years of PQE
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • You will enjoy working in a client-facing position and be able to develop rapport
  • You will have previous experience in managing a team/department
  • Experience in training or mentoring juniors is advantageous
