Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• You will be commercially minded and have displayed entrepreneurial flare in regards to networking and business development
• You should be someone that works well as part of a team
• Experience of mentoring and developing more juniors lawyers is to advantage but not essential
