The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner to join their vibrant office based in the heart of the West End of London.

• You will work with the currently Head of Department and the wider conveyancing team of four. The department is currently very busy with good quality conveyancing work. The firm believes in offering an excellent service to clients, and charging well for the service they provide.
• You will lead the department with the Head of Department, you will get involved in business development, strategy and will also mentor, supervise and develop more junior members of the team.
• You will deal with a high-quality conveyancing caseload of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, lease extensions and re-mortgages.
• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• Package and salary are competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience
