The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner; to join their growing and flourishing Real Estate team, their office is based in the heart of the West End of London.

• The Residential Property team consists of a team of six. The department deals with an excellent quality of work with a wide range of companies and individuals that refer work. They also receive a number of referrals from clients, the department is currently very busy.
• The team are extremely entrepreneurial and ambitious, there is a real sense of pride that runs throughout the department. They believe delivering a great to service and charging sensibly for the value that they add.
• You will work with the other partners to drive the department forwards; you will take an active role in business development. You will also help to oversee and mentor the more junior members of the team.
• This role could prove to be a good platform for progression for a senior solicitor seeking a route to partnership, perhaps in a top-heavy team.
• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (no upper limit)
• Salary and package are negotiable depending on your background and experience, there is also a lucrative bonus structure that allows you to boost earnings by way of billings.
