The Role: This leading law firm is seeking a Residential Property Partner to join their thriving City of London office. The firm has built a strong reputation in the Residential Property space, working with a broad range of HNW & UHNW clients and introducers.

As a key member of the team, your bespoke caseload will include high-value matters such as:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions

You'll benefit from manageable caseloads, allowing you to focus on delivering top-tier service. In addition, you'll have full support from fee earners and paralegals, ensuring you can focus on client development and high-value work.

Requirements:

• You are an experienced Residential Property Partner with at least 10 years PQE
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Team player with a collaborative approach
