The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor into their head office, based in the West End office which is close to Baker Street.

The firm are well-known nationally for their strong expertise in Real Estate. You will join a department of 10 (firm wide) that deal with an excellent quality of conveyancing work.

• You'll work as part of a friendly, dynamic and supportive team. You will deal with good quality work, working alongside highly regarded agents and brokers. The firm gets most of their work from referrals, which well demonstrates their emphasis on delivering a high-quality service.
• You will run a conveyancing caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

About You:

• You'll have between 2-6 years PQE in conveyancing.
• You're a team player with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• The role is suited to someone who enjoys a hands-on, dynamic environment.
