The Role

This firm is now in search of a Residential Property Solicitor NQ-1 years PQE to join their thriving team in their West End office.

The Residential Property team deals with a high quality of work, with clients ranging from mid-level to HNW, which often includes high-value transactions. You will join a friendly, dynamic and busy team; this office has further growth planned.

You will deal with a broad residential conveyancing caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

This is a busy and growing department, and with the opportunity to work alongside a busy and leading Partner in this field, there is a fantastic opportunity to progress within a renowned Legal 500 firm.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor NQ-1 years PQE.
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
• You will have experience drafting and negotiating a range of property-related documentation.
