The Role
In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad range of residential property transactions from start to finish
• Advising clients on sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, and lease extensions

• Contributing to the department's growth through proactive client engagement

What You'll Need:

• A minimum of 2 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Experience managing a varied caseload of residential property matters
• A proven track record of providing excellent client service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
