The Role:
Due to a steadily growing client base and an increasing workload, the firm is seeking a Property Lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join their successful team. While the focus is predominantly on Residential Conveyancing-handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases-the role also involves some exposure to Commercial Property, particularly commercial leases.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their expertise across both Residential and Commercial Property matters. You'll work closely with high-end estate agents, landlords, and business owners, and become an integral part of a high-performing team.

Key Requirements:

• You are a 3+ PQE Property Solicitor.
• You have experience in handling both Freehold & Leasehold Residential transactions.
• Any experience in Commercial Property, particularly leases, would be advantageous.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working within a close-knit, collaborative team.
• You are proactive, personable, and able to build strong client relationships.
