The Role

Working within one of the most experienced and prestigious Finance teams in the UK, you will advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions.

Clients include all the UK clearing banks, a number of European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities across asset based finance, securitisation and debt capital markets.

You will also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings.

Supported by a large team of established experts, you will be in a strong position to develop your career and build a reputation as a rising star in the field.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor (2-6 PQE) with experience of one or more areas: securitisation (private or public), asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.
• Experience gained in strong national or regional team
