The Role

Senior Associate | Property Litigation | Award-winning Legal 500 firm | West End, London

The firm have built a strong litigation practice that deals with complex Property Litigation matters. You will deal with both residential and commercial property high quality work.

This role would suit a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (6+ PQE) looking to join a first-rate department, in a well-respected practice. The team currently comprises of 2 Partners, Associate (3 PQE), an NQ Solicitor and support staff.

Joining this firm will give you the platform to deal with the highest quality work, outside of the city, whilst working towards realistic and achievable targets. Due to the success and continued growth and expansion of the team, a following is not required for this role, as their client base provides a lot of work.

The head of department has over 20 years' experience in advising commercial and residential landlords, tenants, developers and lenders and helping to resolve their property disputes and has been involved in a number of high profile reported cases.

This firm likes to grow organically, so the right candidates will be on the fast-track to Partnership in this organisation.

Requirements:

• You will be a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (6+ PQE)
• You will enjoy working as part of a team, possessing excellent collaboration skills
• You will have a strong billings history
• Salary is above market rate; you will receive an excellent benefits package (they paid a junior solicitor a £50,000 bonus last year for good performance)
