Senior Associate - Property Litigation

The Role:
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Senior Associate to join this a highly successful property litigation team at this Top 50 firm in the City of London.

The Real Estate Litigation team of this Top 50 law firm deliver a high-quality legal service and are highly ranked in the Legal 500 for this area of law.

You will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload as well as excellent professional development opportunities. The team is assisted by outstanding knowledge lawyers and dedicated support staff.

The department acts for a broad range of clients including:

• Commercial landlords and some tenants.
• Investors and Developers.
• The living sector investors and landlords including social housing providers and ground rent funds
• Private individuals

You'll have plenty of support in this post, for instance the team is assisted by outstanding knowledge lawyers and dedicated support staff.

There are opportunities for involvement in other areas such as:

• Disputes relating to sale and purchase, development agreement, forward funding and agreements for lease
• Enfranchisement / lease extensions.
• Planning disputes
• TOLATA claims
• Complex transactional support

You will receive an excellent level of exposure and given the team's planned growth you will benefit from organic prospects for progression.
Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor with significant experience in property disputes
• Experience of a range of commercial L&T matters
• Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
• Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
