The Department

The litigation team is known for its expertise in commercial, property, and art litigation and consists of 4 partners and 5 fee earners. The department has the breadth and depth of experience and expertise to resolve both domestic and international matters.

The property litigation team manages a wide range of disputes, such as breaches of covenants, lease renewals, forfeiture, and possession of land and tenant insolvency.

The Role

This highly rated law firm in central London is seeking a 5+ PQE Property Litigator at Senior Associate level.

As a result of continued growth, the team is looking for a bright, motivated, and enthusiastic senior associate to join their London office and be part of a friendly, busy, and highly successful team and handle a wide variety of both residential and commercial property litigation.

Experience and attributes required:

• 5+ PQE Property Litigation Solicitor qualified in England & Wales
  • Experience must have been gained in a reputable London or regional firm.
• A good team player;
• Ability to manage multiple files while maintaining exceptional attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both team members and clients;
• Excellent academics;
