The Role

This is a standout opportunity for a 4+ PQE Corporate Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join this top 30 international law firm in London.

Within this role, you will advise on a wide range of corporate transactions, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, intra-group restructurings, cross-border transactions, and a variety of strategic and regulatory-driven projects.

Alongside the firm's home-grown lawyers, the team is made up of lawyers who have previously worked in international, Magic Circle, US, city, national, or boutique law firms.

Duties include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
• Managing and co-ordinating transactions from initial instruction through to closing, including multi-jurisdictional deals;
• You will also support the partners and lead on key mandates.
• You will be both positively encouraged and expected to participate fully in business development activities, with a view to supporting the future growth and development of new and existing client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor (UK qualification) with 4+ years of PQE.
• You will have strong M&A experience and an enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Have excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
